When using paint/body paint you've got to be careful about strokes( brush, sponge, w/e you use)
I don't know what you used for the white paint, (it does add to make them look at tad wooden and adds to the 'doll' concept, if you were going for that, then this is pointless XD) but make sure things are blended in nicely for that professional look. again, awesome job, I may even have to recreate this! (which I'll credit you for)
